Hi, on here looking to make some new friends! I love to eat and socialise, and enjoy hosting and attending v tables when I can...
I'm recently out of a long term relationship where we've known each other for 13 years and been together for 5 yrs. We were also engaged, it was all very unexpected as I thought he was my soulmate. I can't forgive a cheater though. While the situation is sad, I've realised he's done me a favour, and I'm trying to remain as positive as possible and looking forward to this next stage in my life and new experiences. I need to move on and enjoy my life and meet great new people! I'm just taking a day at a time and planning my next overseas trip!
I'm very interested in making new friends, I have some great friends of my own who I treasure, however a lot of my friends were through him, so time to expand my circle!
I'm a nice person, well-travelled, outgoing, crack crappy jokes, and like a good conversation, and good company! I have a cheeky sense of humour, am genuine, and love to have a good laugh.
I'm only looking for genuine friendships, with males and females. I've been burnt so many times, and looking for positive, supportive people to be friends with! I'm over the pub and club scene but occasionally I don't mind heading out. I enjoy my food and drinks and chillling. I'm a bit of a book worm too, and love losing myself in a great book. Particularly addicted to the Twilight series!
I like to go and have coffee, dinner, movies, shopping, generally hanging out, that kinda thing. Anything that involves food and good company and great conversation.
I also LOVE ten pin bowling and mini golf. Basically willing to give anything a go :)

I absolutely love my job, I work as a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the construction industry with a great group of people. Couldn't ask for a better job.
I also work a 2nd job (3-4 nights a week) in a call centre for a nursing agency to fill nursing shifts at hospitals so I can have play money and save for my next overseas trip! |
| Looking For . . . |

| Genuine people don't really care what age or sex. Friendship shouldn't be based on age. But looking for down to earth and mature people to be friends with, That can carry on a decent conversation who are also looking for a genuine friendship. Like hanging around with people who have a good sense of humour and are caring and friendly. |

Hah, I'm still feeling guilty about that dessert but sheesh, it was worth it! Looking forward to catching up with you again on the weekend, hopefully this time I'll be able to behave myself a bit better (as if that would ever happen...)

The pic is old as the boys are nearly 1 but I have taken all the photos so I don't have any of myself. Thanks for the compliment on them though. We think they're special - lol. |
